To get into the spooky spirit, Ms. Claire has been reading the newest book by infamous author Tiffany D. Jackson. Jackson is known for her heart-wrenching writing, and this retelling of Stephen King’s classic Carrie is no different. Maddie just wants to fit in at school. But when her biggest secret is revealed at school, she discovers that her telekinetic abilities could give her the power she’s always wanted.
