As we celebrate the Qingming holiday, a time for reflection and honoring the past, it’s the perfect moment to explore stories that connect us to history and imagination. Just like Qingming invites us to remember, reading opens doors to new worlds, helping us grow and learn from those who came before us.
Younger Primary G1-2

Our younger primary students enjoyed reading Walt Disney’s My Very First Winnie the Pooh: Sweet Dreams, Pooh. Little Roo wanted to hear some bedtime stories, so Kanga, Pooh, and Piglet shared a few fun ones, like Roo the Explorer, Pooh Finds a Honey Pot, and Sniglet the Brave. It was a cozy library class with some of our favorite characters!

His work has earned numerous awards, including two Caldecott Honors and three New York Times/New York Public Library Best Illustrated Awards. We’re never too old for picture books—just look at how happy they make our children!

Primary Library New Display

We’re excited to unveil a new display in the primary library featuring chapter books and junior chapter books with their AR level and Lexile score on easy-to-read cards. This will help students find books that match their reading level, while also making it easier for teachers to guide their choices. We hope it encourages students to discover new books and boost their reading confidence!
