Younger Primary G1-2 年级小学生
We got to see the creativity of our younger primary students this week as they crafted bookmarks and designed new book covers. These fancy accessories are sure to inspire more reading!

Older Primary G3-5 年级小学生
While our younger students enjoyed their new bookmarks, our older primary students activated their abstract poetry skills by creating magazine cutout poetry, or headline poetry. It was amazing seeing the blossoming creativity of our readers! The week finished with a fun book scavenger hunt, which also made us practice our library orientation skills!
当低年级学生正乐此不疲地欣赏自制书签时，高年级学生则通过创作杂志剪贴诗（又称标题诗）来磨炼抽象诗歌技艺。目睹小诗人们蓬勃绽放的创造力，实在令人惊叹！本周以趣味十足的”图书寻宝”活动收尾，这项活动也让我们锻炼了图书馆导航技能！

Ms. Claire worked with the secondary English teachers and students to prepare a week full of engaging library lessons, from a library breakout box to genre personality quizzes to the livestreamed novel in verse lesson. Our library lessons and skills are always expanding–I can’t wait to see what we’ll do next year!

All of our secondary students also participated in the genre voting in building A and B to show everyone our favorite genres! We had hundreds of votes! Take a look at the voting statistics:
