This week the Student Development Center organized a large-scale mental health activity for secondary students. It included mini-lectures, brain breaks, emotion charts, as well as a school-wide feelings poster. Mental health is also a very important topic in literature and our libraries have many titles that address a variety of mental health issues and healing journeys. Listed below are a few titles that touch on OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), depression, and counseling therapy. Always remember that the library is a safe space for everyone, and if you ever need a listening ear, your librarians are here for you.

Thanks for an amazing week!
