A classic read for returning to library class, Give Me Back My Book! by Travis Foster and Ethan Long tell the funny story of two characters fighting over (and accidentally damaging!) a beloved book. Students are reminded to treat library books like treasure and take care of them well. Think you’re a master of the library? Ms. Ray also played two library trivia games to make sure our students knew everything about the library and its books.

Have you ever done a scavenger hunt? How about a library scavenger hunt? Inspired by the book The Library Fish Learns to Read by Alyssa Satin Capucilli, our students took to the shelves to test their navigating abilities. They competed to find and discover different areas of the library, and just like the Library Fish, met some great adventures!
